This is a static UI render. The NEON quantitative engine requires a localized DeepSeek-R1 node running on an RTX 4060 GPU and direct local access to the Kraken CLI binary to execute logic.

To protect proprietary logic and live API keys, the active inference loop has been disabled for web hosting. The data displayed is a verified, static snapshot of the system's telemetry state at the end of the hackathon.
